Will this Vespa fire up first kick after being stood in the garage for 9 months?

I've been storing this scooter for friend and colleague Stan, for nine months. He’s dropping off my latest ride tomorrow and picking his Vespa up, so I thought I’d get it ready for him. It’s vastly over jetted due to previously chasing an air leak, which is now resolved. It’s also been stood and not run for nine months... will it fire up first kick? 😆😆
